Kerala Blasters have constantly been in the news, getting linked up to a host of players in the Transfer Market. The latest name linked to the Yellow Brigade is Albania international Armando Sadiku.
Armando Sadiku, 29, ply his trade for Málaga CF, on loan from Levante UD, in the LaLiga 2. He has scored 11 goals from 28 matches in the ongoing season.
Having played in top tier leagues of Albania, Switzerland and Poland, Sadiku comes with vast experience behind him. Valued at ₹54.1M, the Levante forward has scored a career 115 goals in 281 matches. Just three years back, his Market Value surpassed the ₹100 million mark.
For Albania, Sadiku has scored 12 goals in 35 appearances.
With Kerala Blasters and Bartholomew Ogbeche set to part ways, a prolific goal scorer is one Blasters desperately needs. Someone of Sadiku's potential could work wonders. But can Kerala Blasters, who are reeling under financial stress, really effort the Albanian?
